Siete abituati a usare carta e penna per abbozzare i vostri disegni? Ma allo stesso tempo non volete che i vostri schizzi rimangano sulla carta finché non li scansionate? Allora Inkling è lo strumento che fa per voi. Grazie a questa penna digitale potete fare i vostri schizzi su qualsiasi foglio di carta. Mentre disegnate, tutti i tratti della penna vengono registrati elettronicamente e possono essere importati per l'elaborazione ulteriore come immagini bitmap o vettoriali nella vostra applicazione preferita di design grafico. Premendo un solo pulsante potrete addirittura memorizzare i diversi livelli per separare, ad esempio, il disegno iniziale da quello finale. Una volta importati, tali livelli vengono memorizzati.
In poche parole, Inkling vi permette di iniziare la vostra opera d’arte in modo tradizionale compiendo al contempo i primi passi verso un flusso di lavoro digitale, ovunque vi troviate.

Great for quick sketches :)
As an illustrator I must say I like this product, I was told it wouldn't meet to my expectations and I was very happy when it did. Some people expect nice, clean line-art from this, my advice to them : Just buy a tablet if that's what you want!
I knew I shouldn't expect finished masterworks from this so I must say I'm more than pleased.
If you follow the instructions, your sketches will turn out pretty nice and a great starting point for more touched up works.
Felice e soddisfatto dell'acquisto
Ho acquistato questo prodotto e ne sono quasi entusiasta al 100%, se non fosse che avrei dedicato al programma allegato un pochino più di tempo ed attenzione, ma i programmi possono essere aggiornati, quindi mi aspetto al più presto questo tipo di provvedimento da parte di WACOM.
Ho letto qui di seguito lamentele sul fatto che questa penna non faccia quel che dice, ma forse bisogna ricordare che è un oggetto che fa quello che diciamo noi , quindi se uno non sa disegnare, bhe non fa per voi ...
Ogni disegno che riporto è quasi uguale all'originale ed a volte, se manca qualche linea, non è un problema così grosso da farmi pensare che sia un prodotto inutile, come tutte le cose bisogna imparare ad usarle e farle proprie ... anche dalle matite a volte non escono le linee volute !!!
Infine ottimo prodotto qualità prezzo e come scritto prima spero in un AGGIORNAMENTO del programma INKLING SKETCH MANAGER per poter dare 5 stelle.

No cumple las expectativas
Es una lástima pero la Inkling no está a la altura de otros productos de la marca, tengo la sensación de que es un producto que ha salido a la venta antes de estar suficientemente perfeccionado pués lamentablemente no transfiere todos los trazos dibujados sobre el papel , ni tampoco transmite variaciones en el grosor del trazo.
Adquirí este producto entusiasmado con la idea de que agilizaría mi flujo de trabajo pero desgraciadamente tengo que resignarme a continuar dibujando los esbozos a lápiz y escanearlos como siempre.
Espero que pronto salga al mercado una Inkling que realmente cumpla las expectativas.
Perfect for my Needs!!
After carefully researching this product ( i even rang Wacom to get the low down on this device )
It sounded that this was indeed what i needed....And....It is! Yes it can be a few mm's out though ive not had the 5mm or more out, but maybe that is because i normally sketch on A5 size media.
This is "entry" level into the Wacom world, But frankly i am more than happy with the way it works, Though i also suffer from the "red light" charging issue with the pen ( it never goes green! ) but after 3 hours it is fully charged even if it does not indicate it.
Exporting sketch's as SVG imports nicely into AI , select the entire sketch and Path-->Simplify removes the more than required paths , and then i find it quite easy ( using a Wacom Bamboo ) to touch up , finish off and colour the sketch.
If after reading all these reviews the buyer is still not sure what to do, then i suggest giving Wacom a call, they are very helpful and gave out the info i needed to make a purchase

Yo tambien he comprado este producto pensado que seria un poco mas preciso, pero por lo que puedo comprovar no es nada preciso me ha decepcionado bastante, tengo un colega que ha comprado uno parecido de otro fabricante y por lo que me ha contado es bastante mas preciso y no esta pensado para dibujar con este otro fabricante. No me parece serio que hayan sacado un producto de estas caracteristicas al mercado tanto en la precision (un minimo) como en el precio. Debo decir que sigo intentando dibujar con él en bloc.........pero para utilizarlo como tablet esta bien ,es por lo unico que veo que se puede salvar el producto (pero aun asi el precio?)Esperaba algo mejor en comparacion con otro fabricante.........................

Sono una designer di gioielli e accessori, con Inkling non devo più perdere tempo ad importare mediante scanner ed in un attimo è tutto su Mac e classificato, sono soddisfatta.

not impressed
I have been really looking forward to this for a long time, I purchased the new illustrator in anticipation as spec says works with cs3 and newer. Nope! doesn't work with CS6. I wouldn't mind if it had said this on the pack as would have purchased that instead however i have now wasted alot of money ! think ill stick to my intuos 3 graphics tab wich has stayed the test of time!
An innovative product
This product is one of the newest innovations of WACOM: you sketch with the Inkling pen (with normal ink) in any paper (A4 or smaller) and the Inkling receiver records the strokes that are converted to digital vectors. You can edit these in programs like Adobe Photoshop, aswell the layers (that can be also created manually thanks to a button in the receiver) and saving in common image formats like JPEG and PNG. Inkling comes with a practical and elegant "box" to store the receiver, the pen, the USB cable and the recharges of the pen. Although the device is excellent for artists/hobbists that love to draw sketchy drawings, there is a small margin of error in the stroke recording so it is not advisable buying it if you are looking for a "scanner substitute" or "precise digital drawing". The user interface of the Inkling Sketch Manager (the software) is a little confusing at first, it could have been better. Finally, the price is a bit too much for the kind of device it is, and the earliness of its precision level. In overall, it is a recommendable device for people who love to sketch. If you search for something precise, wait for a technological improvement.
Not Satisfied
After having shipping problems for 3 months, I finally got my hands on one of these Inkling pens.
The idea appealed to me, it was brilliant for us who prefer drawing on regular sheets of paper but do the editting digitally. This would greatly speed up my process and increase the quality of my work. That is what I wanted to see for €200.
Sadly, it is not what I received. The inkling is a clearly unfinished product that Wacom brought out because too many people were already ordering and they couldn't keep up with the demands.
Even if you pay absolute attention to your hand placement in order for you to not disrupt the signal, it still frequently appears to skip lines and isn't accurate at all. This might be good if you're looking to write a couple of words down, but not as something to replace a good old pencil.
Believe me when I say that your sketches will not look good if you rely on the inkling to work as intended.
A quick sum-up: It's not accurate, it skips lines, it's a rather annoying thing to hold in your hand and it's not fit for drawing. It just doesn't do what it's supposed to do. A big dissappointment from the people that brought us the great Cintiq devices.
No da fidelidad en el trazo.
He comprado recientemente este producto, y sinceramente me ha decepcionado, tiene poca fidelidad en el trazo, ha de estar muy bien agarrado, ya que en el momento que se mueva minimamete el cuaderno pierde la relación de la posición de los trazos.
Pensaba que me iba a ayudar a saltarme el proceso de escanear mis ilustraciones para pasarlas a digital, pero al final termino haciendo el mismo trabajo, no me ha ayudado a mejorar el poceso de ilustración. No sirve para bocetar a no ser que quieras un garabato como resultado.
En resumen, no estoy conforme con el resultado final que da este producto, no hay fidelidad alguna con lo que dibujas con lo que aparece en el ordenador.

The Inkling is an interesting idea but it falls a little short of expectations. The transfer image is a little inaccurate which is only of use if one is prepared for a slightly sketchy interpretation of the original drawing using Inkling. The ball point pen is not the ideal medium for drawing especially if one compares this with the subtle results using a pencil. It would improve the experience if the ball point pen had a finer point. I hope future updates will improve the Inkling experience.

ich bin wahrscheinlich einiger der Wenigen, die das Inking rechtzeitig bestellt haben, bevor es wieder KOMPLETT vergriffen war :)
Ich kann nur eines sagen, das Gerät ist der WAHRNSINN!!!!
Ich zeichne Cartoons und hatte immer mit allen Tablets zu kämpfen.
Irgendwann, Zeichnung auf Papier, einscannen, freistellen mit PS und importieren in AI.
Heiden Arrbeit. Mit Inkling GEILOMATISCH, wenn ich das mal so sagen darf.
Zeichnung auf Blattpapier, so wie ich es gewohnt bin. Kann sogar auf Ebenen aufzeichnen lassen. Import in AI direkt möglich.
